I agree and acknowledge that this application form is to be a player in World ParaDarts Inclusio classification. I acknowledge that I have to renew my details every year by providing up-to-date information when required by my country's Inclusio Officer. I acknowledge that if requested to undertake a safety proficiency test, I will undertake the test and may be asked to retake it at any time. I understand that if a tournament organiser asks me to leave a tournament on the grounds of safety, the tournament organiser's decision is final. I understand it is my responsibility to read and understand the World ParaDarts Rules found at https://www.worldparadarts.com/rules I understand that World ParaDarts can suspend or terminate my registration if they feel I have overstated the way my disability affects the way I play darts, or if my disability improves to a point it is no longer affecting the way I play darts and I am no longer eligible under the World ParaDarts Inclusio eligibility. I agree not to do, or omit to do, anything that might disrupt the activities of World ParaDarts or act contrary to the interests of, or bring into disrepute, the sport of darts, disability darts, or the activities of World ParaDarts.
